My family and I went to Lazy Days on a Sunday look...

My family and I went to Lazy Days on a Sunday looking to trade our pop-up camper in for a toy hauler travel trailer. We found a nice used 2012 toy hauler. Went inside and spoke to our sales man, and the sales manager about it and got some numbers. We told them that we would like to go home and think about it as we do not make hasty decisions. That night after talking we decided to go ahead and apply for financing. Monday we did not hear anything. Tuesday we did not hear anything. After calling them a couple times on Tuesday we did not receive any phone calls back. Wednesday we did not hear anything. Finally Thursday after my husband had already left several messages with the sales manager, the finance lady, and the salesman that we used he got a phone call back from the finance department. The RV that we were looking to purchase was sold to a different family. This is beyond bad customer service. Not only did we receive no phone calls but they did not give us the courtesy of letting us know that that unit was no longer even available. They kept making excuses every single time we called and spoke to someone. Their lack of communication and lack of professionalism will prevent us from ever visiting lazy days in Tampa ever again. Just because they are a large company with good pricing and a lot of units does not mean that they are the best to go to. Sometimes when a company is that large they lose sight of the little guys. No we did not go to spend millions on a diesel motor home, but we did go with the intention of looking for a unit to use for Family Adventures. This was our first time visiting lazy days and it was the most disappointing experience ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Visit your local small-business instead of supporting this company who really doesn't care about their customers or their needs.
