I would give it a ZERO if I could! I am an SJSU student and wanted to check out TWO books today. Apparently they only have one employee who could checkout SJSU books, so I waited for 5 minutes. That employee was very busy helping a woman. So i tried their self checkout counter, but it didn't work. I returned to the line and was shocked to find out that now that SJSU person was helping four dudes. I talked to other two employees who were just sitting idle, and they told me that they can't help me. It is VERY UNFAIR that they only have one employee working for SJSU students, and even more unfair that if that person gets busy, then other employees who are sitting idle can't help the line. I mean they all are being paid, so it doesn't make sense that one person is so busy working while others sit idle watching. Very upset with this library. Waiting for 15 minutes to checkout 2 books when 3 employees are working and there are only 5 people in line is very unfair.
