We went to the Altitude Restaurant at the Shangri-la Hotel in Sydney. We were very impressed as soon as we walked in the hotel's entrance. It was very nicely decorated and has plenty of seating in the Lobby area. There was also plenty of hotel attendants...all being very friendly and helpful. One even gave our little one a backpack with some colouring pens to help keep her entertained whilst we waited for the rest of our party. She also provided plenty of information regarding our booking and how to get to the restaurant. We were also quite impressed with the restaurant too. The food was delicious, the service was also quite good and the views were stunning. You can see Sydney Harbour and overlook the Sydney Harbour Bridge...a spectacular view whilst having dinner. Although the Shangri-la Hotel may not be the easiest hotel to get to from the city centre, we definitely recommend it. It is worth visiting as they offer excellent service, good and views to match.
