Beautiful apartments and grounds. The office staff is really nice too. The downsides are there are few "horizon" level apartments. Meaning, first floor is psuedo subterranean. The second floor apartments are "horizon" level. So, if you have any physical defencencies (can't handle steps, etc) ask for the second floor. Also, the income requirement is outrageous! It's an apartment, not a single family home.
