My trunk wasn t unlocking. Matt, a salesperson, who is not even part of the service department, went above and beyond. He greeted us and walked us to the service area. After the service guys wouldn t even take a quick look at my car for analysis, as they were booked, Matt followed up to assist as we were walking out. He walked across the street to the car and problem solved quickly, noticing the valet button was being hit by an object in my glove box.

He turned a 3 star experience into a 5 star experience and saved me a trip to my usual service center Audi Beverly Hills. Thank you so much for your genuine help Matt!!!
