About a 15 minute wait to get to the right department after check-in process. Even though I had done a prior phone check-in, on the day of procedure, there are about 5 more pages to complete - then those need to be entered into a computer somewhere beyond the lobby. The information person escorted me to the Mammogram department which was about a block from the entrance. I was lucky to get parking very near the registration lobby. The technician asked if she could bring a trainee into the room with us for the procedure. OK with me. Took only a few extra minutes as she explained everything to the trainee along the way. Very courteous and helpful staff all throughout. Took about 1 hour total.
