Took my Fusion in for a recall and Sean Thomas helped me. He was awesome. He arranged for the rental car, advised me about the quick progress on the repair and gave me updates every 20 minutes as I sat in the waiting area. Because he was able to get the repair tech on my car so quickly, I opted out of the rental car and let Sean keep me posted. Very smooth process.
