The place is very beautiful, the beach excellent, the pool very good.
The entertainment staff soooo bad, bored, they don't smile, they do things as if they were forced, the shows must get better they are boring, they must keep the audience happy, not to sleep.
The waiters lack a lot of training, as do the supervisors, how is it possible that the buffet opens at 12:30 and the supervisor does the breefing with the staff at the same opening time !!! I did not understand that part, that happened on the weekend, everything was repetitive, the phenomenal breakfast, lunch and dinner very poor, the hostess should be more pleasant, they work as if it were forced.
The room was not what I asked for, I requested a superior and they gave me a cabin, something I did not ask for, they offered me an ironing service, which was not there, because I had to request it, just as I had to request toilet paper since the My children didn't have it.
At least I achieved my goal that was to rest, this is a constructive criticism so that they improve in that part.
