A one star review is being generous to these rude folks. I ended up getting them from a broker by financing a truck. The documentation was provided at the last second, but I accepted that since time was of the essence. I called for the very first time ever to ask questions about my continuing drafted payment and the robot on the other line would not commit to say anything to "that's what's on your contract". Whoever trained them to speak to paying customers this way should be fired. The next person I get transferred to, per my request to be transferred, says she heard the convo with the other robot and there was nothing wrong with the way she answered. I explained this just added to the 1 star review they earned and she claimed those reviews are from the brokers they deal with and not theirs. BS. A negative 1 star is what they should get but obviously that can't be done here. Not the best in the business. Seek other ways to financing a company other than these rude folks.
