I came in for an oil change for my 2006 Altima. About 4 days later, my car would not start or hold a charge. The battery was only 37 months old but decided that was the easiest place to start to diagnose the problem. We took the battery to the parts store where I originally bought the battery. They pointed out that the positive terminal had been pressed down (due to trauma) and the bottom of the battery was cracked and there was no fluid in the cell. This was suspicious as Nissan was the only one under my hood. I called and spoke with Andy, the Service Manager and explained what was going on. He pulled the video of the techs working on my vehicle and sent me the video. We both viewed the video and drew different conclusions to whether they were at fault or not. He believed they did not cause the damage. However, Andy offered to pay for my replacement battery as well as cover the cost for the rental car I had to get.

I do think it speaks volumes that even though Tim Dahle did not think they caused the damage that they covered my costs. They were willing to help me out and make sure I had a good experience. It was great working with Andy.
