The after hour customer service does not understan...
The after hour customer service does not understand anything. They didn't know that 702 is Dish. We have complete signal loss on a beautiful day on both receivers. Was told it could take 24 hours for a return phone call.
Since the owner responded, but does not allow me to respond to his post. I had NO ISSUE with your employee. It is your pathetic answering service that does not know ANYTHING about the services you provide. Jeffrey was shocked to hear that you are a third party provider to DISH NETWORK, did not understand what a 611 was or what it meant when I said there were no transponders and that the hut needed to be checked. I was correct as there was no power. A neighbor also called and was treated less than satisfactory also. If you wish to contact me, instead of making a post that I cannot respond to I would appreciate it. Your answering service is obtuse and uneducated as was your response because you did not address the fact that I posted that the ANSWERING SERVICE HAS NO CLUE WHAT SERVICES YOU PROVIDE or any clue as to what they are even talking about.
