Recently I had an HCA facility call my emergency contact before calling me, the primary person. The concerning thing is that this happened to another person I knew: A different office affiliated with HCA contacted the emergency contact before calling the primary person. I would really like to see this resolved. Luckily the facility that had the mix up with me resolved the issue.
