At first I was really excited about this service! ...

At first I was really excited about this service! They had great reviews and the photos of service were amazing! I booked the appt online which was fast and convenient. Although it didn't give an option to post the location of were the service were needed, I contacted them and they said no worries we will call you to get that information. I was ok with that, fast forward to the day of. I called them to follow up on the location he said his worker was not to far from there and would be a little late though. I thought no problem I'll be at work all day so it's no big deal. However appt was at 1230, he didn't show until around 2. Again I'm still thinking positive giving him the benefit of the doubt. He was probably working really hard to do his job correctly. When he shows up i had already taken every personal item out of the car to ensure nothing would get in the way of the services. Completely emptied the car out. When speaking with him he asked just a shampoo? I said no I bought the wash, wax, shampoo and detail. I was a little disappointd that he wasnt informed of the job he was coming to do. What if i paid for it and he thought it was only a shampoo?! Not professional. After he is done around 6ish I come out to follow up. i see a few things like the dust in the back where it hadn't been wiped down, bugs still on the front of the car near the bottom, and what looked like gum by the tire. he said not a problem I will take care of it. I continuously am thanking him because at the time the car looked good and I felt bad because it was so hot outside and it was just him. As I am paying over the phone I leave him a 10 tip because I was grateful for what I thought was a job well done. later on I take a co worker out to show them the detail. as soon as I open my passenger door I see the front seat hadn't been vacuumed, there is still dust on what I had pointed out except for on the opposite side, middle console had not been vacuumed, dirt was still on the gas, break and foot rest, bugs still on my headlights. I'm no pro but even when I was my car I got through to be sure I didn't miss those things so I would expect more from a company. I messaged the owner explaining I had to complain but was not fully satisfied with the service I even sent pictures for proof. I never heard back from him. Unfortunately I will not be using this service again.
