Go hungry! and prepared to spend couple hours... Heaven for a foodie; we sampled a lot lot of local dishes. Stayed away from other interesting interpretations but not very local items (e.g. burgers). Incredible seafood, prosciutto stuffed dates, great wine and other drinks, and if you have a sweet tooth, leave room for the traditional custard cakes. One of the shops actually had mini versions and were just the right size to pop into our drooling bouches! Warning - there will be lines at some of these eateries, they are that good and popular, so time and pace things so your wait is enjoyable. Great people watching and communal seating; one minute you are talking to a party of Indians next you are cheering for a bachelors part that's raging in full costume. Its a party, its a food party, join it, enjoy it!!
