I used to get amazing customer service but my last 2 visits to the genius bar were atrocious.. I had to call the 1-800 number and make a formal complaint.. Only then was i given the amazing service im accustomed to from Apple.
I've owned iPhone's ranging from the 3G all the way to the 6, a macbook pro and the mobile me subscription and this was the FIRST time i've gotten horrible service.

Corporate should take a look at this store and monitor it for their attitudes
