I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure! It was a pleasure to meet Meg. I was told when I called to confirm that my appointment was not in the spa. When I arrived for my appointment, I was a bit frazzled to learn my appointment actually was in the spa. I hurried to put on a robe and get into the transition room to enjoy it for as long at the schedule would allow. Meg was so kind and patient - she gave me some time to sit and enjoy the transition room even though I ran late due to the confusion with the appointment. She made my experience today a great one!
