I know it s a pain to call to finalize your order, but their customer service outweighs any small inconvenience. The girl that answers the phone (same one every time) is professional, polite and very efficient. I get my order, exactly as placed and within 3-4 days. I m so impressed with her customer service, I don t even look for better deals. I have ordered at least 10 times from them, once an item was missing, I called, in 2 days the item was delivered...express, no hassle, no questions. I love this company.
