I ordered clear headlight covers for my truck to keep lenses clear and SFX was the only place that I could get them. Their cust. service was great!! I could easily ask questions and was kept updated on status of order, when I got product they fit perfect, exactly what I ordered etc. you can't go wrong with this company, I love them!!

I ordered a carb spacer from them since they're 40 miles from me,5 days later I had to call to check where my part was.The guy asked,did you do a conversion,that truck shows it didn't come with a 355...Really??!!The part was unavailable,it showed available online..I didn't receive one call or email informing me,so if i wouldnt have called ib would have sat here for no telling how long...Ordered it from Jegs,got it next day..Hate to leave a bad review but come on,step it up..

Horrible customer service skills. Ordered a replacement wheel cap and I told them the vehicle I drive ( a ford) and they send a Chevy lug pattern. They said that I must have ordered the wrong #. So I paid shipping to return to them for the ford cap that they said the factory would have in within a few days. A couple months later I asked when it will come in and they did not answer. Another month later I asked if it is ever going to come in or if I should get a refund. I just received a refund with no reply.
It shpuldnt take 10 days for a shipping confirmation and another 7-10 days to ship. These good reviews were generated from the company and are fake.
I should have read the reviews before ordering! Order a product and after 2 days of no email with tracking information I called to find out status. I was told that they are going to refund me because the price that I bought it for was not what they will sell it to me at. The price was clearly listed on their website and is within a few dollars of other retailers so I did not see the issue. After paying for a product it is sold and now they forcefully returned is theft! If i had never called to check up on this would they have ever refunded me?? This company should be avoided by all shoppers!
Not real happy with them at the moment. Placed an order just about a month ago with them, still no part and they don't have a good update on when they will have it, and no communications with them unless I call for an update.
I'm from Canada and I needed replacement spokes for my Foose Wheels. I found the part at SFX Performance. I spoke to Richard and he ordered the part from there warehouse. He was very pro, letting me know THE STATUS AS THINGS DEVELOPED, i.e request sent for part, part found, possible shipping options and delays because of Covid, shipping choices and price points, confirmation of shipping and tracking info. I did choose the cheapest shipping as I expected delays because of Covid. True to his word the package arrived to my door in Toronto Canada despite all the hoopla in the world and the negative reviews. I found these guys to be upfront and honest. Thanks all best!
