I cannot thank you all enough for the incredibly fast and great service!! I sent you my iPad 3rd generation to replace the shattered glass screen on a Tuesday; I had it back on Friday! WOW!! I never expected it back so soon! And it looks and works beautifully! I loved being able to track the service and the return shipment, it really puts your mind at ease. With such an expensive item, mailing it away can be a little worrisome, but, I know I won't worry the next time I need you guys! I have already handed out the business cards you sent in the return package (of course kept one for myself) and everyone I work with knows how highly I recommend you all now!
