I found this company on google which was rated 4.7...

I found this company on google which was rated 4.7 but on google map it's 3.2.. Isn't that strange? Actually they didn't turn up. When I called them they said the plumber was taking a day off. Then I was told another engineer was coming but in the end he didn't. I needed to cancel my order as they kept changing the confirmed date. Thanks
