Great venue, good acoustics, well trained staff helps you to your seats and stops people from coming in during performances, which truly helps make the experience better for everyone. They have a parking garage nearly attached to the building and despite having a full house, it was still pretty easy to get in and out. The only downside is the bathrooms, especially for females. The lines were massive and you can tell that they were not designed for the building to be at capacity and have tons of people wanting to use them all at once (such as during an intermission). Otherwise everything was pretty excellent. The box office was also very outdated. They required me to pick up my ticket because it was lost in the mail instead of just letting me download it on my phone like any other place has done since before 2010. Food and drink options were limited to the point that I couldn't buy anything (no healthy options, only low quality drinks, etc) and way overpriced, especially given the low quality.
