I recently purchased an executive board from Otba Executive Board, and I must say that I am not impressed. The website, icsohio.com, is easy to navigate, but the product quality is subpar. The board I received had scratches and dents, which is unacceptable considering the price I paid. Furthermore, the customer support was not very helpful in resolving the issue. I expected better from such a reputed company.
