Do yourself a great favor and find another insurer!
Everything runs smoothly ..... until you have to pay. Damage in law (total loss) was immediately reported, took 2 weeks before the file was looked at (and even because we called ourselves) expert report was then again at the office for 10 days without any movement. The accident has now been more than 4 weeks and there is still some prospect of payment. Cheap is expensive, I should have known better
