I ordered a cz comp shaft for a new ping g400 driv...

I ordered a cz comp shaft for a new ping g400 driver and asked to have 1 3/4 inches removed from standard length ping shaft, I typed in a wrong number for standard length, i said standard is 46 3/4 and its actually 45 3/4 but i still asked for 1 3/4 removed from standard, The shaft came and it was 1/2 an inch shorter than standard, I stood them side by side and measured! Plus i sent a question with the order and they did not respond? when i contacted them the rep he said they send out way to much product to respond to questions or to confirm what i wanted? Nice costumer service! And he said well thats what most customers want there shaft length to be? Refused to make it right, I will not be back.. Arrogant and demeaning to talk to..
