Just bought a Prius Prime. This was my 2nd time buying from Toyota Carlsbad. Patrick Carr was my salesman. He was patient, informative and relaxed. I didn't feel pressured. He broke everything down for me and went over all the options. I felt comfortable in my decision to purchase the car. For Finance, Mandi Grudek helped me. My daughters and had been at Toyota for awhile, buying a car takes time, and she was understanding. She expedited the finance portion of the deal and again I didn't feel pressured to buy an of the add-ons. I definitely recommend Toyota Carlsbad. The staff was friendly, they've got lots of inventory and you can't beat a Toyota. Hope my review helps.
