Review of Yakarouler

Unacceptable, I have been waiting for a refund for...

Unacceptable, I have been waiting for a refund for 2 months for 5.70 euros. I called 6 times and always the same answer: "I am doing what is necessary with the service concerned", but still nothing!
In addition, I have returned parts and instructions following a Yakarouler return slip. The Relay Colis site cannot find the parcel (which is 1m long anyway). What can be done to be reimbursed for the value of the goods that were in it? There remains only the legal recourse.
Incapable company, to flee !!!
