Im not sure if it was the owner that was in the store while I was shopping but he was extremely RUDE. He was really more preoccupied with playing a game rather than helping someone. I dont think it matters how much a customer is planning on spending. We bought several games but the service didnt change at all. You should never be this rude to someone. I honestly hate to see Rockheads go because I have been a loyal shopper for a long time but since new management took over its been a different atmosphere. Ive been in several times where staff is arguing with each other and completely ignoring customers. I hope if they end up selling the business to someone else the new company realizes that happy customers are essential to a successful business.
