I don t know why I been sent a review when no work...

I don t know why I been sent a review when no work has been done. The guy showed up at the right time and explained the situation with good details. I told him I wasn t expecting the amount to be so high and I thing it s because I don t have a good amount of understanding on electricity works. However, he told me he was going to send the quote via email which I didn t received yet. Instead I received this email to complete a review. I need the job done and is my right to shop around, like I said in the end I need the job done and I ll love to choose the best candidate not the best price. I don t know if telling them I ll be shopping around make it change their mind to send the prices but this is why I give them the 3 stars.
