So very disappointed and angry with Dr. Sun and staff. My husband had 2 shoulder surgeries with Dr. George at KSF and everything went so smoothly. Dr. George was fabulous and we didn't have one single problem. When it came time for his hip surgery, he had to see Dr. Sun who was going to have him go to a facility for some CT scans. My husband, who is in excruciating pain I might add, went to the facility two times just to be told Dr Sun's office had not sent over the paperwork and he can't get his scans. We went back and forth with Dr Sun's office for 2 months trying to get this straightened out. We were told they'd had staffing changes and that they were sorry but they aren't sure what happened, along with several other unacceptable excuses. We are now requesting his medical records and he will start over with another orthopedic surgeon. The lack of concern from this office is appalling. My husband can barely walk he's in so much pain. These people showed absolute disregard.
