Went in to Baxter Ford to go look at a new Explore...

Went in to Baxter Ford to go look at a new Explorer. I went up to the reception desk to ask them a question. When I was speaking to the person there, a manger came up and started speaking over me to the same person. I walked out. No reason to buy from people who have no clue what customer service is.
