The service is good, timely since I scheduled appointment, and smooth, as they updated me through text on the completion status. The negative is really due to the strange question I got when I phoned in to pick up my car. Even though my invoice says my car was washed, the receptionist asked me if I need to get the car washed. If yes, I need to wait so they can take it to car wash. That means I can not pick up the car right away even though I was texted that the car is ready for pick up.
