Decors are good and furniture as well

But the services are really very bad:
* The reception does not answer you until after a long waiting period.
* The bags were not sent to the room until after calling and requesting them.
* The TV did not work until after we asked for maintenance, and it took a while to fix it.
* We asked for dinner from room service and did not arrive and slept without dinner.
The standard of hygiene is poor (bathroom chair is not clean) and dust.

We spoke to the duty manager, a. Hilarious and politely apologized but didn't change anything.

We left for the second day and met the responsible A. Doula, who apologized but showed little experience in dealing with guests.

We paid 1300 riyals per night.

This .. And God, as I say, is a martyr.
