I had a "life's best" customer service experience over the last 2 days with Jay Sullivan at The Retrofit Source. I have been eyeing some new LED headlights for my truck for about 6 months now and found them at a reduced price at a competitor's site. Having worked with The Retrofit Source for my tail lights, I wanted to pass my business their way this time too, but their price was higher. I passed on the price I had found and asked if they were willing to match...Jay did much better than that. He gave me the option of a discount and free matching LED fog lights, or a larger discount for the headlights alone. I ended up getting a better deal than the lowest price on the market and free 3-day shipping.
