At the reception are people who have no cultural or business ethics at all. The company is international and positions itself as one that respects customers. After addressing the reception, I will clarify that there were no conflict situations, I do not know why, but the receptionist asked to leave the room in rough form, after which I left the reception area to avoid conflict. It should be said that do not come to the 3rd, 4th and 7th floor. (Henkel is located on these floors)
I would never have thought that there could be such an attitude towards clients, especially in an international company.
I ask, first of all, the management, and ask for staff training. This attitude is not acceptable. This tarnishes the company's reputation.
