I had a terrible experience with the Director of Social Service, Melissa Foster. Without going into detail about my personal situation, I found her behavior aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. Rockford itself is a waste of time and money. It is just a giant money-making warehouse. There is no real treatment here. I also did not appreciate the overly friendly manner she had with my husband. It made both he and I uncomfortable. She seems to have a lot of "issues" herself. If they hire people like this, no wonder people prefer Meadowood. I have changed my name on here because I found Ms. Foster so disturbing, I am worried about retaliation. Avoid this place.
