Terrible service department.

Terrible service department.

Brought my truck in for some repairs...
Was told they can't hear any rattle, therefore there is nothing to fix.
Charged me $130 diagnostics fee.

I went to pick the truck up. I start the truck and it immediately starts to rattle. I go back inside and ask a service writer to come look at it with me.

The service writer Raymond comes outside and says "oh yeah, I can definitely hear a rattle"!

What a joke of a service department.
I asked for my $130 to be refunded. They refused saying they would "take another look at the truck".

I declined!
