The level of service, response time and follow-up from the company is outstanding. We primarily utilize the service for transitioning our 2 middle school children from public to private school (SSAT prep and courses to catch up with curriculum). The quality of the tutors in Geometry and SSAT prep is outstanding. The tutors are reliable, flexible and self-starting - they work well with given material or they create their own 'lesson plans' and homework. We did not have as good of an experience locating a qualified Spanish tutor with Varsity. It took them a little longer place a tutor following our request and after 2 placements we determined that we needed to look elsewhere. The service is expensive but it is well worth it. On one occasion we used their online instant tutoring during a 9pm homework panic attack. This is a face-to-face instant online session and your student can share any homework questions visually with a tutor qualified in the subject matter via Skype or an App (not entirely sure). We highly recommend Varsity.
