Staff is rude and not friendly very unprofessional...

Staff is rude and not friendly very unprofessional they need to be train on being hospitable.
Sound engineer has a chip on his shoulders won't work with the artist to produce good sound, system was horrible everyone doesn't know it all each day you live you learn management please provide training to your staff.
