Awesome experience at EchoPark! I was able to schedule an appointment for a test drive over the phone. Spoke to Michelle. She was very friendly and got the appointment scheduled quick. Once we arrived all staff were super friendly and very helpful. Harold, my sales representative, was spot on. He had the car ready and took the test drive within minutes of arriving. Thereafter, he was very thorough in detailing all aspects of the sale including the financing information, information on the vehicle itself, and post sale information. I would buy again from Harold anytime. Highly recommend EchoPark for anyone who s looking for a great deal on a used car!
