Ladies in Internet sales were great! Then, I went in to buy my truck! Was completely low-balled on my trade-in. Other dealers quoted me values $5k higher. Forced me to let them pull my credit to finance through "their banks " as this was the only way I could take the vehicle home same day, even though I walked in pre-approved.

Finance guy "guaranteed" he could beat my rate, and didn't.

Salesmen were rude (except my guy, he deserved this star).

Lastly, my biggest issue: Finance manager had me initial an odometer disclosure stating 6 miles on my brand new truck, once in the vehicle, it had 453 miles on it! How is that even new?

You would expect this dealership to treat its' Sevicemembers better! Don't ever expect to see me in this dealership again!
