It could be much better: unfortunately, the long stay in the "public" sector has the potential clipped. The marriage with sharpers of railway threatened to shelve it. The protests of users never receive a response and the improvements have been few in recent years: only the introduction of some "controlled" and - hopefully - safer. Certainly during periods of maximum crowding (when the train is full of rarely paying non-EU citizens) the controller does not pass (he should be protected by a PS agent). And often those who pay the first class is too many "Portuguese" noisy underfoot. Arriving in many stations it is IMPOSSIBLE to read the name and understand if you have to go down: signs not illuminated or replicated along the quay. If the train is off the display indicating the current path, it's panic!
