I was fairly disappointed when I visited Paul Stuart while on a business trip to NYC earlier this week. I was looking for a particular style shoe, and I thought that I would check in on Paul Stuart's offerings for this shoe. The sales rep was very arrogant. He acted as if my style requests were nonsense because Paul Stuart didn't have what I wanted. I had a budget of up to $1500 for a new pair of shoes if I found what I was looking for, so it wasn't like I didn't have the money to shop there. But, Paul Stuart didn't have what I wanted. I was talked down to and treated as if I was bothering the sales rep when there wasn't even anyone else for him to help. It's sad because I've always admired Paul Stuart's footwear. I will limit myself to online shopping with Paul Stuart or just move along to some other brand.
