So far they seem to be taking great care of my family member in ICU... however I will say the waiting room and lobby attached to ICU is by far the nastiest and dirtiest space I ve seen in a public building let alone a hospital in years. Stained seats/couches, dirty carpet, loads of bedding/garbage in the waiting area, and disgusting restrooms. We had so stay here over night and could hardly relax because we were afraid to touch anything but the walls.
