I seldom do reviews & the ones I have done were negative reviews with complaints which isn't the case here. I have to give Gateway Chevy and Shannon Secord the sales person who helped me there a 5 star rating. If you want an honest sales person and dealership this is the place I would recommend to anyone. Being a senior disabled vet I started shopping for a new truck online but had disappointing results until dealing with Shannon at Gateway. Because of not hearing well I requested all conversations to be done by email or text so there would be no misunderstandings on my end. Shannon had no problem with that and spent 5 days answering my questions and sending me information by email & in text, including a price sheet with full disclosure and explaination of all costs and fees for the truck I wanted. I wanted everything to be as clear as possible without surprises since it was a 3 hour drive from Lake Havasu to the dealership. All I can say is Shannon went above and beyond my expectations having the truck & everything ready for a test drive on the day we made the trip to the dealership, all done by text or email and never speaking on the phone. I was not disappointed once we arrived the truck was exactley as advertised and even in better condition mechanicly and visually than I thought it would be. I was impressed by the size and quality of inventory at Gateway a long with the people at Gateway who were not just polite but respectful of their customers. Everything was 1st class from test drive to signing on the dotted line with no surprises and the price of the truck was exactely the price Shannon gave me in writing via email. I'm very happy with my purchase and can't thank Shannon and the people at Gateway Chevy enough for making the experience a pleasent one and well worth the 6 hour round trip drive.
