Not impressed. I bought a quad copter, the Condor Pro. On its first flight one of the motors went out of sync or something and the copter landed without incident. Then I noticed the motor start smoking. I managed to shut off the copter and removed the batter only to discover the motor has seized.

I called the warranty number right away! Made a claim and was told to submit a receipt by email, which I did. Realize this happened within 24 hours of purchase. I have yet to hear anything back from this company about my warranty claim two weeks ago. I have submitted the receipt and gotten no response. Bad business. I will attempt to call again but I am not expecting much. I think they are holding out for the 30 day window to close.
