Scandalous. Poor health. If a person goes to the emergency room it is because he is ill, but if he finds a structure with (as far as I could see) only one doctor available ...... we cannot ask for miracles but only to observe that we must change course. Then the citizens are asked to make sacrifices to make things go well. Make honest conclusions to honest people. I write this review only after waiting 8 hours sitting on a chair.
