This company came and inspected my home less than ...

This company came and inspected my home less than 30 days after home purchase and cancelled the policy. I was completing renovations that were NOT exterior or structural, and moving stuff in as i was still not moved into the house(but at the house daily). Inspector nor the company verified when i moved in, which was 20 days after home purchase. The company failed to notify me by mail, phone, or electronically that they cancelled my policy, and did not even attempt to reach out to avoid this cancellation and keep a paying customer.

Their website is flawed in the ability to digitally look at documents posted on there as well.

Overall poor experience and customer service.
