Ray White Forest Lake had managed my investment property and also managed the sale of that same property recently. Therefore I have dealt with both the rentals and the sales team and can honestly recommend their services. The property manager handled maintenance issues quickly and responded to my emails/calls. Sales agent contacted me frequently with updates in regards to the home inspections and potential buyers. I am happy with the result. I appreciate that they also look after the tenants interest as well as the owners.
I would also like to add that I am from interstate, which makes it even more important to work with people you trust to look after your investments. Before Ray White I had a shocker of an experience with another property manager in Inala. Tenants had defaulted on rent which can happen. However the problem was the way the PM handled it. I didn t get notified, no notices of breach were sent to the tenant and property wasn t being looked after which never showed up on the routine maintenance reports. Anyway, don't make my mistake. Choose wisely.
