Rude, unprofessional and unfamiliar with their own...

Rude, unprofessional and unfamiliar with their own inventory. Could not tell us the differences between 2 different model years. First truck we tried to test drive, battery dead. 2nd truck we tried to test drive, no gas. Walked out.
