THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY EVER! We made our payments on time for years using auto pay with FPL. Our bank account had fraud committed on it and we had to change to a new account. This in turn stopped the ACH we had with FPL. Our CFO called numerous times to get a new ACH set up on our new account with nothing but broken promises from FPL to do so. To date they still have not gotten our account back to ACH and now they will not send us a current balance so we can pay it off. They continue to charge us late charges because they will not put our account back to auto pay. Finally, I reported our issue to the BBB and all FPL does is keep responding with promises to contact us or send us our account balance via regular mail that never happens. As long as they respond to us, even with lies, this keeps their A+ rating with BBB. Nothing ever gets resolved. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
